Beta terms · October 2026

These terms cover your use of the Aequus team apps (Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Tasks, CRM, Forms, Time, Sign, Copilot and the rest), run by Aequus Health ("we"). By creating or joining a workspace you agree to them. They are short on purpose; if anything is unclear, write to us.

The beta

The apps are in beta. We fix problems quickly, but things can break, change or be removed. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; workspace owners can export their data at any time.

Your workspace and your content

What you and your team put in your workspace is yours. We use it only to run the apps for you: to store it, show it to the people you invite, back it up, and fix problems you report. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.

The workspace owner decides who is in the workspace. Admins can invite and remove people. Everyone in a workspace can see what is shared with the workspace.

Using the apps well

• Do not use the apps to break the law, send spam, or share content you have no right to share.
• Do not try to reach other workspaces' data, overload the service, or get around its limits.
• If you record or transcribe a meeting with Copilot or Transcribe, tell the people in it. Some places require everyone's consent.
• E-signatures made with Sign are as valid as the law where you are allows; check what applies to your documents.

Price

New workspaces get a free trial. Some beta workspaces are free. If a price applies to yours, we will tell you before anything is charged, and you can leave instead.

Leaving

You can stop using the apps whenever you like. If you ask us to delete your workspace, we delete its data from the live service within 30 days and from backups as they expire. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms, after telling you why when we can.

Limits

The apps are provided as they are during the beta. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Changes

We will tell workspace owners before these terms change in a way that matters.
